Ms Nadrah & the KL/Kuching team were very responsible and informative. The entire process from booking the drop off in KL until my things arrived in Kuching took about 1 month which is great. I used less space than I paid for. For 1m^3 you could fit 6 LARGE Nizaf Mover boxes, not MEDIUM. It’s great value for money. Everything you need for packing is available on their website so it’s very convenient to plan and pack. They also helped me extra wrap one of my boxes that I didn’t wrap well.
